Our employees’ mental health remains paramount for us and through this initiative, we work towards providing them a happier and healthier work environment. It includes effectively de-stressing for 2 hours every-day along with 2 no-meeting days per month. This initiates more me-time, work-life balance, and positivity.
TPPL is an exhilarating intiative, elevating fun element despite the current work-from-home scenario. It's a three-month event that involves participation from TP members across India performing fun tasks with their assigned team members. It fulfills the intent of bringing our TP family even closer.
The individual growth of our employees is foremost at Team Pumpkin. Inclusive of 22 interactive sessions, this intiative is a step towards ensuring a more professional and productive approach to one's day-to-day life.
